Transplanting from one medium to another

Just a quick question. Is it ok to transplant from a standard Scott's potting soil to Foxfarm Ocean Forest at about 3 weeks into veg? I read that general rule is not to do it due to stress, what is the risk of problems after the transplant? Thanks!

you always risk x-plant shock, but you should be aiight in veg. just try not to disturb your roots any more than you need (e.g. shaking all the old soil loose from them).
