Transfo alternative

Hi there boys,

not sure, but guess this is my first topic, look at me





So my simple question is: I have a small ventilator bought used on ebay. It should not have more than 40w, maybe it only has 25w, but it is quite small (maybe 80mm) and makes quite some noise.

The transfos cost around 60€ which I would like to avoid. Any ideas?
