transfering from indoors to outdoors

hey everybody, i've been flowering my plants for about 2 weeks now. originally i had them outside, grew excellent, but i definitely didn't feel safe enough to grow outdoors anymore so i put them under some fluorescents, and they continued to grow but growth was definitely stunted. do you think once the weather is nice enough to i could take them back outside for a second flower without damagin the plant? just wondering if it would hurt or help growth. this is my first flower after regenerating them. does it depend on the strain?

Thanks

What happens, you see is that the light cycle outside is different than indoors. If you are moving plants in or out from a controlled light cycle, it is advisable to slowly adjust the light cycle so that the plant is not shocked or stressed when the move takes place.

If the weather is nice (and your security situation permits) it is advisable to move your plants outside into a sunny spot where they can benefit from the full spectrum of Photosynthetically Active Radiation emitted by that star we call the sun.

ezra is rite groovybunny, not to much in out in out, it'll proper confuse and stress them, each time u change it expect it to slow down a bit.

I would continue to give the plant 12 hours dark, there's no turning back now once you've started to flower. If you're using tube flo's have them literally 1/4 inch above the tops.

Yea once they are established and flowerin you want the lights as close as you can get them without risk of the plant growing into the bulb and burning, more a problem with CFL as they seem to get hotter in my experience.

Check out the outdoor section if you like that sort of grow.

i agrre lights should be as close to plants as possible without damage. will it hurt to let them get pure sun after lifeunder a 400.It would only be like 4 hrs a day as dont want to fry them. :sasmokin:
