Here are some shots of a recent harvest of Big Wreck.
Trainwreck Crossed with big Bud. Sorry for all the confusion on this guys.
But my donor gave me the dirt on the strain. just took awhile to hook up. But yup. I cant fig out how to change the thread title so I might as well start another one since the title is wrong.

The High is spectacular. A well knockout, couchlock, high. good late time medicine. The taste was also very good as well with only a 2 week dry. Very sticky. One of my favorite strains.

The yield was pretty decent seeings I had to Harvest it early. Got me about 2 1/2 oz. This was under 3 400 watt hps lights. Fed with Foxfarm base nutrients and advanced nutrient additives.

That doesnt sound like trainwreck. Did you grow this out from clone or some of those bunk GHS seeds.

Don't get me wrong finished product looks great just what you described isn't the trainwreck I know.

^Yeah I agree. Trainwreck is not like that. It is extremely strong and very up, sativa but what I call a "fucked up" sativa. Not the haze clear/up high. The giving you energy but fucked up sativa high. haha wow I might be too high right now as a matter of fact. Nice buds though man.

Hey SDOG. Yeah the bud is tits and everything n im sure its a trainwreck stain. My buddy hooked me up with some good seeds which was a variety of like 6 strains. Didnt know what it was but it was either sage n sour, la confedential, silver haze, trainwreck, GDP, or hash plant. I only got 1 female out of the 12 to 15 seeds i tested. After about time to pull and harvest my buddy checked and he said he was pretty sure it was the trainwreck. Im going by his info because i am a novice grower with only a few harvest experience and my buddy has been doin it for awhile. Let me know guys if yall think its something different so I can tell him. Thnx Sdog for the info. Peace yall.

SDog, can you post pics of your "real" trainwreck? What makes GHS seeds bunk? Have you grown out their trainwreck? GREENHOUSE HAS "REAL" TRAINWRECK! Trainwreck isn't a new breed. It's been released by others, so why can't GHS have the "real" thing. You know they're one of the largest companies around, right.lol How many cool points do they get for naming a strain Trainwreck? Sounds more like hate than anything else. I think GHS should put out "elites" under different names. This way, all the little weed geeks can log on to say "Hey all that is is". Stop hating and start growing because most guys talking shit have less than one harvest under their belts. IMHO, GHS has the best packaging, the best selection of "winners" and the most vigorous plants I've seen yet. Around here, we don't knock it until we chop it!

GHS are collectors, advertizers and businessmen, NOT BREEDERS

arjan the lizzard king and frantic franco is doing serious harm to continuing serious breeding and conserving genes

sometimes they get an original clone but fuck off the back breeding so much the outcome is far from the original clone

sometimes they just an a famous name to a random cross they make to make the cash register flow faster

their cheese is told to be no where near the original clone
i have the original clone and would like my self to compare IRL but in not wasting any more money on shitty GHS gear

did it once and never again
did a grow and bought some Arjans haze#1 for 105 euro, i also did Nirvana Joch Horror at 12 euro
the nirvana was more potent, tasted better, had a better high, yeilded better and kept the promised flowering time compared to the ah#1 which let me down on all the same points

compare the video of the original TW clone to the knock off GHS version and the difference should be obvious

I think Gunnarguchi summed it up pretty well. This is what we know as the Arcata TW round here. Seriously floppy, almost viney stems. Lemon smell with somethin in the background. Seriously strong high as well. I'm not dissin you budshots at all Dr420clonex. They look nice. Thanks for sharin them with us. Green grows to ya friend.

1200 watts only yeilded 2 1/2 oz?!?! Looks wise, I'd give it a 3.5, looks like average home grown herb. I've had nirvana strains that have looked the same or better and one small plant yeilded that same amount under a 250watt. I'd be ripped if I ran a 1200 watts and only ended up with 2.5 zips. I will say however looks arent everything, only you can grade your herb.
