training outdoors?

Does anyone train their outdoor plants? Like maybe LST to get them to grow across the ground vine-like. I just had the idea that maybe it wouldn't be as obvious as a Christmas tree in my yard. Can it be done? Would it still produce at least close to a normal plant? I mean this would level the growth somewhat like an indoor SCROG, so I wouldn't think it would affect production much. Any thoughts?

Of course
It works great ,its somthing thats necessary where i am .

yield is not my objective .But ive seen several ounces in a 5-7 gallon and up to a pound in ground using lst outdoors .This is all strain dependent an a green thumb only helps

Good luck

Yeah you absolutely can, it'll improve your yield, too, if done right. In areas with lower light it's more necessary as plants will grow tall and spindly with only the main bud and a few side shoots without it. Just be careful if you're growing in your yard where it's still illegal, the plants will smell extremely strong during flowering, and that's usually what tips people off first, before they ever even see the plants.
