Check the prices in your area on used mobile/modular homes & on transporting them. They depreciate faster than a new Corvette. Some are actually well built, same as houses, just in a factory instead of on a lot. It's extremely important to understand the zoning, permits & covenants if there are any. Upgrading the wiring can be a snap because you can get underneath easily.
