Yeah I watched it through binoculars, pretty cool, though felt more special watching it with the naked eye. In the uk I didnt really see the red that you seem to have photed Ron. It didn't occur to me that the lunar eclypses would be seen all over the world, but it makes sense, so used to the solar ones depending on where you are as to if you can see it or not.

Are you freakin' kidding me? You've never heard of a Lunar Eclipse???? I hope you're yanking our collective chain here....

Ronley, awesome shots :D
Unfortunately, in FL, it was cloudy & raining in my area, so I didn't get a chance to catch the partial eclipse we'd have been able to see. Oh well, there's another in August, hopefully we'll be able to catch it---I haven't looked that up yet, so I'm not sure if we'll be in the range of it or not.

Nope I wasn't joking...but I do wish I'd kept my mouth shut now :D

Just never heard of it or seen one...now that I think about it though it does seem obvious.

If nobody ever mentions it to you and you've never seen it before, then how would you know?

Didn't you pay attention in school when they were teaching about the solar system??

Lol, sorry, Ganga, I don't mean to rag on you, but it's unfathomable to me for someone to not know what a Lunar Eclipse is.....It's such blatant common knowledge...

sadly no, just an older generation, from before schools were to educate.
