Topping question

I topped a plant grown from seed. experimenting mainline method. On this attempt i damaged one of growth shoots so i got one growth shoot instead of two on a topped plant grown from seed.

From horticultural perspective, due to changes in auxin levels, should i grow this plant out and flower it or kerp as alternate mom or should i trash it?

I got a couple of clones so not worried about losing genetics just wondering of my options since that one shoot has nice vigor.

Not sure i understand ur ???? But if its healthy why trash it... personally id flower it if i had it backed up... its a tough plant some stress/mistakes turn out to be a good thing...makes them stronger .... grow it out decide what to do later. ..

I kinda planned on it just making sure i wasn't breaking general rules of botany ir simething like that.
