Top dressing with EWC and Garden Tone. How much per plant?

I've got some ladies planted in ground, and I have some EWC and Espoma Garden Tone to top dress with, but haven't been able to find how much to use. I have some EWC tea brewing right now that should be ready in a couple of days as well.

Go with this for starters.

Sprinkle 1.5 tsp. of Garden-tone per 4″ of pot diameter onto the soil along the outer edge of the pot. Water thoroughly.
