a place or 2 have it in diego and they seriously want 70 - 8th. Like i mentioned its not made a full debut if it's limited to a couple of clubs (& GROWERS) per major city. Give it 3 to 12 months. It will be the new OG kush with the originals heavy guarded and 9,000 knocks floating around

If it taste fantastic, Looks Fantastic, Smells Fantastic and gets you baked for hrs people will snatch it up. you can call it what ever you want. I have seen it many times. All it takes is a miss labeled cut or a dishonest dealer.. Is it dank yes Oh it must be GSC LOL....

Anything OG. Half the stuff (or more) on the menu typically has "OG" in the name, to the point where OG has become a stamp clubs put on a strain they consider awesome.

People that aren't necessarily up on their weed history/plant knowledge just see OG and assume it's good, which I guess is the intended goal. Like some other people said a fair portion of it is marking and hype. Just like the seed business and any other business.

the more hype one can drum up the more money they can make. I would have to say GSC has some serious hype.

I just checked the local dispensaries menus online and it is OG, Kush, Sour D and Chem. When I used to go to a dispensary a year back it was all OG and Kush with a few others I cannot recall.

They come up with a 'new' OG or Kush with great speed out here. It's a real joke to me but it is great for the smokers who like that stuff. Their OG's and Kush had no medicinal or even recreational value for me. I just tried a few to be fair.

To answer OP's question it is.

1.) Sour Diesel
2.) Green Crack *believe it or not*
3.) Bubba Kush *Not a really big fan of it*
4.) The InFamous OG.
5.) Purple Kush *subpar experience with it*

OG is pretty much the flagship cannabis strain of California. I have seen over 400 cannabis strains in California alone and OG and her family is a highly sought holy grail in this state hence the holy trinity. Excellent analogues can be found on this thread. Like everyone say... when you try it. You will know what everybody is talking about. It's true! :dance013:

I have to try GSC sometime soon to see what the hype is all about. My OG benchmark is Jupiter Kush from Earth Collective circa 2006 that I compare all OG kush to.

So far the OG that lives up to the hype for me is ... Mars OG, Tahoe OG and True OG. *Sadly I haven't had authentic OG for more than a year now* So many OG's out there. I hope they all don't go extinct! I must try them all so does the world!

are you fashion victims or victim of your mirror neurons and the difficulty to be a free man (objective)?

Honestly, if you walk into a dispensary in Cali and don't see that the majority of the strains are OG Kush, you should walk right out and find another.

I know the 2 places I go to have about 20 OG cuts, maybe 5 indicas like King Kush, Bubba, Master, GDP or some other purple like God's Gift or Blue Dream, and then 5 sativas like Sour Diesel, Chem, Jack Herer, Green Crack, and Trainwreck or crosses of them.

A watered down OG or an OG cross is still better than 95% of other stuff out there.
