For an overfeed flush it with 2x the amount of plain water.

Is she's in a 1gap pot hit her with 2 gallons of clean water to flush out excess salt.

Some people even use 1/4 strength for the flush as darren mentioned.

Is she's burning I'd do it right away and not let her dry first.

do it right away. Flush the pots with 3 times the pot volume so that alot of water washes out at the bottom.
(I would use plain water adjusted to the right ph for flushing, no point adding ferts since you are trying to wash out excess ferts)

I have (a little) experience with this. I transplanted 10 plants accidentally into a super hot soil mix (like a tablespoon+ of bone meal and blood meal in each 4" square container). They were hurting bad the next day and I flushed them with plenty of water, at least 3 times the pot size. I used my bathtub for the water and ph'd the last half-gallon of water that I poured into each pot. Worked like a charm, they were back up and growing within 2 days.

I wouldn't recommend flushing with nutes added to your water though... you are trying to get rid of nutes aren't you? You can always feed a few days later once your plants have recovered.

i only play hydro and there was one time that I added a Growth tech Ionic boost stoned and read the first bit ADD 7Ml per litre ...........unfortunatly that was for the nutes and the boost was 1Ml per litre so i had like 240 times the required dose for 24 hrs so for 6 feeds
I flushed with more water than can be parted by moses Im talking sea's .
Refilled as per unstoned (rare) instructions and all was well not even a sign of overwater
If you r in soil I have no clue lol

flushing with very weak nutrient solution like 1/4 strength will actually remove more salts than plain water.

Absolutely! I concur... Hairy you should heed to dyren's advice... Wait to feed em when your main goal is to flush them! It is a weed brethren, give it a few days without, and slowly start it back up and take note of it's feeding style (little, lot, etc...)... Do this and you should have the strain dialed in... Peace

in coco i wouldnt plain water flush at all can bring out deficiencies..

if your fast plant will not suffer further, you need to lower the ec of the soil RO water with 1/4 or 1/2(big plants) dose fert, really flushing pot make sure you get abit of run off atleast half of what you put in.
My flush is normally coco nute 1.3ec and PH 5,8.. with 50% run off. Then increase daily over the next week back up to normal level. a plant as old as yours would probally do ok at 1.3 anyways... maby flush at a lower 1.0ec in ro water or 1.3 with tap then run at no highr than 1.6 to 1.8ec with HPS or sunlight lower with any other light

As the coco dries out water content is reduced so salt levels increase burning the extreems of leaves, thats probally the problem you have unless you know you went too hard with the feedings.... feed more often with weaker solution is the key.

If you do plain water flushes :dueling: for one day only then get straight back to feeding low increaseing back to normal over a few days.. either way works but i find its safer to always have alittle feed in the flush or could use one of the coco buffering agents....

i think thats prefrence i know if you have deficiency's and you take leaves off it will spread faster so thats not something you want.
