Too late to SCROG these girls?

Hey guys here is the set up

5 wifi aliens from seed topped once
5 gallon mesh pots 50/50 coco perlite
H3ad formula on drip fed 2x a day to good amount of run off
1k ushio mh on 600 now, will be flipping it to 1000 any day

Still in Veg under 24/0

Is it too late to get these girls through a scrog net? We have one that goes right into the tent perfectly attached to the beams.

Also how would I go about weaving them trough the net? Start at the new growth or start back by the stem and weave the whole thing through?

Is it worth it?

You can slowly bend them and start the Scroggin, every day bended a little bit more until you get the desired results. It won't hurt anything to try. The main point of the method is to get more lights to more bud sites.

You're not going to weave the branches, just tuck them under the net. It's a form of LST. It's, as mr belvedere pointed out, something you will have to do gradually with harder and more brittle branches as they will break if you bend them all the way in one go.
