In this poll I voted for legalization...I just wanna make sure everyone is protected...2-7 years for someone who is 18-20 is ridiculous! That is not protection...what if that person is a legal medical patient? Like I said I do not believe them when they say that medical patients are protected.

I agree that yes it is going to be like beer in a lot of ways and wine. Cured buds that are jarred for months will go for a premium price, just like aged wine. There is a market out there for everyone in this industry but the question is, does this initiative create the environment for these kind of businesses to flourish or does it line the pockets of those who are already rich? The consumer doesn't give a shit...most of us should. I don't want people to go to jail but with this initiative we are going to send our youth to jail. A promising young college kid is 18 years old and gets caught with weed. Goes to jail under the laws of this initiative. Gets a nasty heroin snorting habit in prison because we know people won't waste their time smuggling weed in to prison and ends up ODing in his cell...I could go on with examples but I am sure we can all get the picture.

Like I said LEGALIZE IT! But do it right, no 2-7 years for 18-20 year olds...it should be decriminalized for them, a $100 fine, a traffic ticket not fuckin prison...
