That is the question! Do you recommend freezing, refrigerating, black glass, how do you recommend storing for weeks, or months or even longer?

Whether it's oz's or lbs, gun safes or holes in the ground, storing is a topic that helps everyone

Your help-advice-expertice' is needed by many . What say you?

Freeze for me. In half oz portions, that's about a months worth for me normally so I need it to last a while.

I found in jars mine degraded even when not opened and kept in the dark over a year. Would brown loose taste and the high would mellow out.

I find I enjoy fresh weed best which goes against common wisdom around curing. Would be interesting to do an experiment with a Sativa that is claimed to improve from a long cure. Comparing 3 months in the jar Vs freezer.

Coolest place in the house without using a fridge. Boveda in the jar.
I never store that much weed for a long time, rarely more than a year. Most of my weed is smoked as extract anyway. Extracts i keep in the freezer.

Mason jars in a dark place cool place. The metal band lids are a better seal than the plastic Masontops, which are easy to open/close but hard to seal. I toss in a 62% Bovida pack per pint. My experience is a half-# will loosely fill 2 qt jars and leave some for a little pint sampling jar. Don't forget the labels.

Read the jar cure thread too.
