I hate to sound like one of the "tell me how to" instead of diggin in myself
but I did google yesterday for a bit
I didnt find any of that
I consider myself a decent researcher too....

Either way,
THANK YOU!!

i dont think nexus is available to the general public? most of those legal services (ie west law and kin) charge a monthly fee for usage.

what i believe i am looking at is appellate case law out of the state of california and even though i live in midwest usa, procedures are similar.

what you want to do is "shepardise" those 2 rulings and see what they tell you as well as other new law hinged on those rulings. the name shepard comes from a fellow who came up with a system of notes and abbreviations basically so that one can look up all subsequent law and rulings that refer to the two cases you have mentioned. it sounds more difficult than it is. tedious is a better term and one reason i have never been fond of the study of law. peace-biteme
