Tips for transplanting large containers

First time using lager size pots... any tips on transplanting large size (7 gal) pots in 15-20 gallon? I have previously used smartports, which can at least be pealed off. These are hard plastic. Basically..how do I get them out? Let them dry a day or two and squeeze the sides? Ideas?

Thanks.

Just turn the pots over and gently tap on the bottom of the pot, after a few times the plants should slide out of them. Don't squeeze as there is a chance it could damage roots. They are easier to get out if they are on the dryer side. After you do your transplant make sure to water and a bit of nutes just to help with transplant shock. It will take a fews days be they will love their new homes.
