Tiny white worms in coco?

Not sure how long theyve been there but I just noticed in 1 of my tents all 9 pots of coco are full of tiny (no more than 2mm) maggot/worm type things wrigling about...made me feel a bit sick tbh
I checked my other tent and seems fine so can anyone tell me what they are? The plants seem totally fine with no visible deficiencies or upset and there's no other flying insects in the tent that I can see so I assume they don't turn into flies...
The plants are 5 weeks into flowering and looking great so this has me confused...
Any help would be appreciated

Fungus Gnat larvae. Treat with BTi if so.

No pretty sure they're not fungus gnat larvae, they're very small and from Googling it says fgl are about 1/4 inch so no way
Plus there's no flying insects that I can see to accompany them, and there are thousands so I'd expect to see some flies which is perplexing...

I just bought some fine mesh poly bags with a draw string. I was going to use them for a pot liner next grow. hoping to keep any bugs out of the dirt.

Can you get a photo? Let the soil dry and see if they come to the top. 😎

I honestly doubt my phone camera could pick them up they range in size from 1-2mm
They're all over the surface and underneath I assume as well, even when the drippers come on they don't care still moving around like normal
Could these be beneficial nematodes? They are so tiny all I can thinking they are nematodes as Google says they're about 1.5mm so sounds bang on, though they don't seem to be attacking the roots from what I can tell

Nematodes are too small to see with the naked eye. I have to think more like Fungus Gnat larvae.if you can see them. 😎

Nematodes are not visible to the naked eye; if you squint closely at a nematode on a microscope slide you might just confuse it with a speck of dust. Google

But from what I gather, fungus gnat larvae are much bigger around 6mm so that rules them out does it not? Plus there's no flying insects to warrant these thousands of worms, wouldn't I be seeing fungus gnats all over the plants and tent?

The description on the Web is a bit misleading. When it says they're 1/4 inch long, that's way too big. Fungus Gnat larvae are usually 1-3mm in length depending on age, translucent shiny white bodies and a black head. Not seeing any adults does point to it being something else. Get the Sticky Traps ready just in case. Good Luck, and Happy Growing.

OK I just tried to take pics and you can't see them on the photos they just blend in with the roots
I noticed though that they're not actually worms or larvae as they have tiny legs (makes sense how they move so fast now) and also small antenna on their head
They seem to be solid white/cream coloured
So they seem to be an organism of their own meaning they aren't going to turn into flies of some sort
Anone know what they could be?

Here we go I found a pic that seems very similar https://images.app.goo.gl/dCVaSptBYYJUTFc76

So after reading the thread it seems I have springtails, I thought springtails jumped (due to the name) but these don't so discounted them but it seems that's what I have
From what I gather they're not really harmful and they eat decaying organic matter so should be fine
Should I bother letting the coco dry out a bit to try kill some off or shall I leave them be?

OK now after reading more it seems springtails do actually jump about, thought so as I've had those before and they would jump and male a fizzing noise when I watered
These ones don't jump though, they just keep crawling around when I water...
