timer malfunction

1st week into 12/12 had to replace timer. It used to go on at 7:50, now it goes on at 8. Could the ten minute difference cause problems? It is now week 3 of flower and finally starting to bud, one is not yet. Temps were cold, so that could slow it down too.

I'm a newbie, but I'd say 10 mins here or there won't make any difference at all. in nature each day varies in length a little bit right?

also... over the last 5 days, I've moved my own flowering plants from 1pm-1am to 5pm-5am one hour per day (so like 13on 12 off)... always adding the hour to LIGHT hours as plants only count uninterupted dark hours (as I understand it)...my plants havent shown any signs of slowing, stopping or anything else. they're at the end of week 3

best of luck

3 weeks to grow flowers, you have a problem somewhere that needs to be identified before you have a hermorama.
