Timer has been off the hook during flowering!

Hello all. I have 4 Sensi Skunk plants grown in 1,5 gal coco pots.

They are 5 weeks flowering and I have been battling with high temperatures during these hot summer days and noticed strange growth on the top level of buds as if they werent budding but growing more stem and single-bladed leaves.

I thought this would be stress from high temperatures as the girls are quite stretched and very near to my cooltube but today I noticed that my timer :wallbash: had it's cycle fucked up. I must have accidentally moved it and it has broken my 12/12 light cycle.

The lights should be on from 4 pm to 4 am. But the lights have gone on at 8-9 am for 1 hour for like 2 weeks... I dont see any balls but they have definitely gone to reveg or something as I see a lot of new stem growth on top canopy where should be my buds :/

Today, instantly as I noticed the timer being off the hook I put it back to 12/12 light cycle. The problem is I dont know for how long this has been going but the buds sure do look like it has been happening for 1-2 weeks.

Any ideas what to do? Any experience if they can/will survive this ? How about the flowering length now?

Any comments welcome :tiphat:

Reset timer to 12/12 they will revert to full flower within another 10-14days

Id say it's about 70/30 if ya be OK can't see it being a major setback

yea the buds might not be as pretty or dense but they should be ok for smoking when they are finished

As an extra insurence policy then spray with water once a week until week7 and if you do get any that have slipped over to the darkside then that should narrow the chances of any beans plus there is dutch masters reverse but a lot of peeps dont like using it,,,,,
keep your eyes peeled for the next month,,,,,,
peace and regards s2

Yup they reverted, DO what everyone else above reccomended, but you gotta feed them back to nitrogen for the first week ONLY then switch to flowering nutes, you cant switch over to flowering nutes now otherwise your plant will run out of nitrogen too early, so switch over flowering nutes after a week the timer has been set properly.

I did not realize you were still here. Thank you so much for your guide in the infirmary!!!!!!

Here is a picture of foxtailing from heat stress. It doesn't seem like thats what is being described, but its a neat picture anyway.

WonderWoman, it seems like you may have given yourself the opportunity to try out monstercropping. I've done it by accident myself - twice on the same plant - and was lucky enough to get fantastic results both times.

Hey all and thanks for your replies. Thought I'd pop by to tell how things are going.

It seems that after swapping back to 12/12 cycle it took just under 2 weeks for the plants to start budding again. They grew a bit height but super cropping is a friend :dance013: I'm planning on flowering them for 4-5 weeks more.
