timeframe between clear/cloudy/amber?

I am coming towards the end of my first grow. I have 4 shiva females. The trichs are all cloudy. I wanted to know how long before amber start popping up. It is day 62 of flower btw and there are no amber trichs yet. I am using a 30x loupe to look at the trichs.

If they are all cloudy you got less than a week. Best of luck and be patient. If it looks done wait another day. Done let impatience ruin a good harvest . You have went 62 days, a few more are wel worth it. And amber trichs are more of taste to some. Some prefer clear/cloudy for up high, while some prefer cloudy/amber for more body high. Hope that helped

yeah keep checking daily, your real close. Remember dont check the trichs under the HPS, cut a small portion of leaf or bud, tiny enough not to hurt harvest and check it under regular lighting. Hope you have a great harvest!

I really think that with alot of plants the trichome color change and degrading theory from clear to cloudy to amber is just a bunch of bullshit.

It is not bullshit if you watch them they will change color with time they will all start with no trichs then the clears one are formed those same one mature with age turning milky/cloudy and finally amber. Just cause you got a bunch of plants does not mean you should harvest early and end up with a bunch of small, airy, premature buds you let them mature depending on the type of high you prefer. Here is an old chart from OG.

Well shroomy,if your "the" shroomy,i wont be too hasty in questioning your reasoning. If your not "the" shroomy, why do you call bullshit????

Alex hit it right on the button for you.You have 60 plus days under your belt of 12/12.If you are cloudy now,you dont have much to go.,I would check them every other day.

a basic time frame between the 3 is about a week....so your last few weeks would be your time frame for harvesting for your purpose. clear thru cloudy/speedier up high. milky thru amber/ mixed body&head highs. amber.is the couch lock high.:D
