Time Stamp

I have always been on the same time setting...but tonight I am seeing posts, and it is stamped at 1 hour after what the current time is--
I checked my settings, and I am on -8 California and Tijuana time-- And my Daylight savings thingy is checked--
I haven't changed a thing...is this a common glitch??

Daylight savings has kicked in for the server, just not your computer yet.

Seems U.S. and U.K. change Nov. 7th, and everywhere else Oct 30th....?
