Time released nutes killing and stunting plants?

Ok so this season Im using a time released called Dagda by nutri plus, its supposed to be a marijuana specific time release fert. The issue im having is out of 7 plants 2 have wilted up and died and the other 5 are still only knee high (havnt grown at all in the month they have been in their holes with this fert) Now the 2 things i changes this year is the fret (from jacks classic last year) and the soil, went to promix from miracle gro.. Now I am assuming its not the promix that is flubbing me all up so im wondering if this could be from the new fert? Has any one used this fert before? Some one just gifted me a NICE 5 ft blue dream stuck in a 5 gal bucket and i want to put her in the ground asap but dont want her to suffer the same fate as my other girls.

could be the GROUND MAN.. honestly.. my second spot outdoors. i cant plant into the ground.. i had to plan in the winter.. brought out soil.. and a tarp.. put the tarp and used soil from indoor grows down.. then another camo tarp over it.. and then it snowed and shit.. so all i had to do is go out.. undo the camo tarp.. and plant on top of the few hundred gallons of soil there.

if i plant into the ground they wilt and die.. probably bad dirt or ph issues.. or even critters..

good luck .

How could any one know the correct answer? You have no pictures or information. Maybe you should tell use what the concentration is in the fertilizer, how much your used or how you applied it and other environmental factors. A picture is worth a thousand words.
