Gelato 33 x French Cookies aka French Macaron

This strain was named after the well-known Macaron from France, a delicate gourmet Cookie treat with exceptional flavour that will get you mouth-watering. The amount of tightly packed calyxes burst with so many trichomes that it can be hard to see the irresistible, tight, dark purple bud underneath. The complex aroma is an amazing combination of musk and heavy cream. A real treat for any connoisseur. French Macaron was firstly introduced at the 2017 Expo Grow in Irun coming back with a 2nd place in the Indica category.

I've just finished a few clones off of one.
Its a real indica, fat stems, big leaves and grows columnar reminds me of Pine Tar Kush.
THSeeds recommends topping well don't, keep bending the top one way (one day) then off (one day), then the other way (one day) and so on. This will bring the lower growth up ready for flowering and increase the yield.
I've got a few of these seeds, so I will take my own advice next time ha...

Ready to switch to 12/12. I have so many strains and not enough time to grow them all (over 80 strains)
The 2 larger plants are the FM
If you know why they are wrinkly I would be interested to know. I think I may have overwatered and I am dabbling in organic growing now
They seem to still grow OK so I'm not really worried about it. They come good in the bud phase of growth

Mine have gotten quite tall. Maybe I should have topped them?
I'm fairly sure this is what they are but the re-package for stealth only said "Bonus Seeds" but the shipping list had them listed and there were no other spare seeds
They have the big leaves and are extremely vigorous and hardy

Chopped them today. I think that's about 55 days of bud cycle
Looks like 3-4 ozs once dried
VERY sticky and has that proper old Indian curry smell
May post some dried bud pics later with a basic smoke report

The French Macaron surprised us after a few weeks in the jar. It went from not being noticed to number 1 or 2 on the daily smoke list of 6 jars as it matured
Leaves the fingers very oily, not sticky, after breaking it up ready to grind. Also soaks the paper in oil as the joint gets smoked
Bag appeal. good chunky, dense buds
Smell. not much to say. very plain and subdued with the old bitter curry smell but not as strong as it was
Taste. A bit sweat and oily with dense smoke. Fairly plain
Effect. comes on fairly fast and strong with a mellow indica vibe and is quite euphoric, happy, giggly
lasts longer than some other strains we have and doesn't leave much of a hangover

Would definitely grow it again but would top it next time
