Yep dont spray that in flower!
Maybe the (non-antibacterial) soapy sponge bath method followed by a water spraying to take off soap residue would work till they develop large buds, to take off as many thrips as possible.

If you use a soap that is NOT antibacterial, and only few drops of it... it will not hurt the plant and also you can use isopropyl alcohool at 5% in the water you use to spongebath the top and underside of every leaf as well.
then just spray clean water to clean them well. You could also take a plastic trashbag and tape it with painters tape around the pot and plant to protect the soil from the soapy-iso water. Rubbing alcoohool might work as well, but dunno for sure if as efficient.
Then is for sure no damage if water doesnt get to the soil.
Use gloves. Iso is not good for skin!
Do you understand?

I have use the strong solution I mean it's my Plant damage because of the few Flower spots that looks burning? I mean did she come back? I will wash her of with a mild soap solution.
