It's hard to say looking at the picture, do you have any adults flying around too ?

Here's the thrips thread. Most have success using spinosad "montery garden insect spray"

Are you growing an eight week or longer strain ?

fwiw trivial piece of information...
Adult thrips prefer to fly to the blue sticky traps, whereas gnats go for the yellow sticky traps.

Those don't look like thrips, Thrips are white, they also crap and lay eggs on the underneath of the leaf. If you see black specs on the bottom those I think are the tirds, could be the eggs though. Anyways, Dealing with them Myself. Nothing gets rid of them. I have bombed, I use hot shotz pest strips (slows em down were they don't damage shit as quickly.) Pyrithrian sprays and bombs or whatever, dr. do rights pesticide. I don't see them for a week and then I see foliar damage and 1 thrip.

Thrips leave white trails of damage on your leaves slowing growth of your plant and if infested running the look of the end product. They eat leaves not the buds but can hurt production.

Get the hot shotz and hang 2 in each room after you bomb. If they still live they will be slow as hell. Get ready for a battle.

As someone suggested the monteray brand with spinosad works really well on thrips. Iuse either a ortho type sprayer or if the plants are still small enough fill a 5gl bucket and give them a good dunk.

Yeah those look like adult thrips. I can also see some immature ones on the leaf underside. Spinosad is a great spray. I think the No Pest strips are a bit overkill for thrips. Yes the blue sticky traps are for thrips...insects see things in infrared.
