Thrips or no?

I've been seeing little light tan bugs crawling on my seedlings and now one of them has what looks like scar tissue on the vein of a leaf and wrinkling. Not sure if I should be worried or not? I haven't been able to get a shot of the sneaky little things yet they keep hiding in between the cotyledons and the stem

Yes
Spinosad wipes them out easily, captain jacks dead bug brew has worked for me when they pop up.

Here's a better picture of the spots also wondering if it could be nute burn from a light foliar spray since I'm seeing no traces of those little tan guys anymore and I have not sprayed yet as I'm waiting for it to come in. I've also stopped foliar spraying since I think it's too early for that.

Spray and drench also to get the soil dwelling thrip stage. There's a thrip sticky. Good luck. -granger

I've been using captain jacks every two days getting too and bottom of leaves and soil but still seeing more leaves getting eaten and clear spots through the leaves
