Thrips? Can someone help ID these bugs?

Are these the larvae of thrips? Anybody every seen these before? They are on the top of the leaves of my vegging plants. Any help would be great!

That looks like em. Spinosad aka Monterey garden insect spray kills em pretty well. Just don't let the bastards get established and spray according to their breeding /hatch cycle.

Already started with the Monterey!!! Thanks for the help. They picked the wrong plants.

Are you spraying the top of the medium also?

Thats was overlooking. Got em all gone now.

Yup, made sure to get everything exposed. Never had these bugs before. Had gnats, aphids and spider mites. Now I can add Thrips to the list. Lol

It looks like these are not thrips. They seem to be russet mite larvae
