Another Drug Test Thread

Took three bong rips out a 1 foot bong friday and got a drug screen next friday?
Very lean guy and athletic. Will I be clean or do I have to resort to certo

drink plenty of water, and if your as athletic as you say and your serious about the test, i'd suggest running to speed up the metabolism. if you want to try one of those garbage detox kits go ahead, but keep the first two in mind. after a week you should be fine.

Exercise and water the week before, like was already mentioned, only thing I would add is the day of piss like 3 times before the test. Make absolute sure that the test is not the first piss of the day. Good luck man

Personally, I think you'll be perfectly fine. Granted, this is only 1/4 of the "typical 30 days"(although it could take more or less time depending on several things). Depends on the herb quality, how big those rips were, and how much you had smoked prior to that Friday. Being lean and athletic, your metabolism should be able to burn that fat rather quickly, but it's still a good idea to take precautions. I would probably be about 85% sure that you'd pass with no kind of help...but you can never be 100% sure

About 4 hours before the test, start drinking your water. Gatorade is even better, as it provides electrolytes as well. I also like to take 2 aspirin at this time, as well as mix a package of Certo into whatever I'm drinking. I know that it's controversial whether it works or not but this method always worked for me so if I do need to piss test I always do it this same way. Taking small amounts of creatine (or eating more red meat) a week or so before the test can also be used to raise specific gravity (I think?). I didn't do it for my last test and my specific gravity level WAS low but they didn't really seem to care. I've done this about three times, twice for a test whose cut off level was 15.
