Thoughts?! Opinions?! Maybe even advice?

Hey guys! thanks for reading!:thank you:

It looks like this year a guerilla grow in the middle of the deep woods at,around 49* degrees north is my best/only option this year and its quite a journey from home. I've been trying to think of ways to start the beans on site for the simple reason of not wanting to transport a literal trunk full of live ones for a couple hour journey

Thoughts and worries/concerns

*Will only be able to visit once every 3-5 weeks for like 5 or so hours, so has to be at least able to handle being left unattended

* RABID BEASTS! Alright maybe no so rabid, just your usual dear and other 4 legged furry woodland creatures who are far to curious for my liking

* Not Worried about someone walking up on my spot as much as being seen from above. Locals I'm guessing would notice changes where nothings been altered for quite some time

* Since I'm at 49* north our season ends very ummm... un-wanted for lack of better definition:freezing:, So i'm thinking if it starts getting cold early would like the option of ?temp greenhouse? to buy my self extra finishing time if needed.

*Not to worried if I have to cull out the males, even if I end up being a week or so off and some pollen gets chucked..

*** I STOP RAMBLING HERE AND QUESTIONS START**

:ying: What do you guys look for in a "spot"?
I am lucky enough to have a little bit of everything but each is quite diffrent

*creek/marsh. (gotta deal with seriously fearless beavers and possibly mold from low laying fog/high sitting dew)
*grown over cow pasture (rocky soil semi-arid)
*Thick pine woods (sub-prime lighting, acidy soil and don't know how much amending i could really do)

:ying:If you where to have to start your beans on site guerilla style how would you go about this? (remembering ill be gone roughly month at a time)

Guess that's all ill post for now, Gladly give more info or whateva if anyone cares to know. Maybe even a thread to follow up if anyone's interested

If you just read this whole post thanks for your time!
Hope to hear from you guys:thank you:

I grew my first crop in 1978 i think qboy. There wasnt anybody to ask anything back then so youre very lucky. It was probably 81-2 before i actually harvested a decent crop. I'll give you some advice. Follow it and you MIGHT get a harvest, or at least you have a 50-50 shot.

Spot: The more sun, the better. Cannabis is a tropical plant.

Strain: your potential for harvest depends entirely and soley on the strain you choose to grow at 49. Choose a strain that wont finish by late sept and you wont have a harvest and all of your efforts will be in vien.

There are several others.

YOur chances of success will be far far greater if you grow 4 0r 5 plants and grow them well, than if planted 25 plants and tended to none of them properly. PUrchase 5 femmed seeds from the list above or ofanohter appropriate strain and start them in cups at home. CANNABIS GERMINATES AT 76 DEGRREES FARENHEIT. If your soil or germination method occurs at that temp, the seeds will germ quickly. The further you get away from that temp, the less likely germination will be successful.

Dig4 30"X30X16d holes and fill with decent soil/perlite. Once the plants are about 2 weeks old

Seedlings planted without snail killer are dead seedling and the crop is gone.
Plants that arent staked will blow over and die, crop gone.

There are many other factors, but those are basics. Good luck and remember, the harder you work, the more likely you will be to succeed. The idea of an easy grow is a myth. All farming, including the growing of cannabis is hard work.l
