comes in inhalers - pulmacort ....great 2 puff daily..... yup good stuff ....EVEN BETTER...... if you're really in trouble /can't breathe 10mg decadron & 2.5 mg albuterol in a neb THAT will put wind in your sails ...........repeat same immediately if needed or wait 10 min if responding .....worse case scenario blow that neb thru a bipap 15/5 ..........PROMISE results are miraculous ........saved many from intubation with that ........ docs usually poopoo choosing iv steroid instead which takes tooooooo long when short of breath but IMMEDIATE results via inhalation ! adding 0.5 mg atrovent to 2nd neb also helpful.......... the 3rd neb in emergency will tach up your heart and give yuh shakes for a few lol........but vs can't breathe ........ lemme tell yuh - turned around MANY a scared shitless folks ez pz and deal with ''cause'' whether chf,asthma,pneumonia etc etc buys time for the rest of cure,therapy,interventions to happen .......

Is Symbacort 160/4.5 any good? I used to take those, but have quit because of the next paragraph. I have half dozen, in date, if it would help anyone. Send me a PM.

I use a Volcano Hybrid, with the whip tube, to vape flower. The thing has a heated chamber, so I can heat the material and then turn on the air pump and power inflate my lungs with it (being careful, and trying to "keep up" as the lungs fill). The terps are soothing solvents and I think that this is cleaning the sacs that were stuck together with the oils. Same oils that get bongs dirty, make roaches black, make volcano bags sticky inside. A spirometer is how I am measuring any increase in lung capacity, as well as SPO2. This is helping.

The Symbacort inhalers now irritate my lungs in a way, so I am not using them anymore. Don't need to anyways, lungs work better now.

I believe any of the volcanos could also be used instead of a bipap. The med inhaler could be pointed at the inlet filter and get the same results, or soak a pad in the material chamber with the medicine, and no heat or just enough to do the job. Maybe spray the stuff into the whip tube (poke a little hole in the tube for the tip of the inhaler bottle), then use the pump to force the stuff in the tube to go into lungs. Maybe puff inhaler, then let bthe whip and pump blow the stuff deep into the lungs as it inflates them.

The heat and air pump are separate controls. A regular volcano would work also, and the whip attachment fits them. You just have to hold it on yourself, instead of twist-securing it. These are medical grade devices.
