I got this as a mystery clone.
The person thought it might be purple kush but it's something else with a sweeter grape taste.

Naw, I've smoked grape ape.
It doesn't have that purp's spice taste to it.
It's just sweet and grapey.
But it till needs more time to cure.
But I got the real Purp kush now.,
So I trashed this one anyway.

I got purple Kush for my purple plant to grow.
So thats all I really wanted anyway as far as purple strains.
Actually might be getting the Purple Goo.

This bud is just not that tastey for a purple strain.
I've had worse but it isn't good enough to keep IMO.
It just looks good.
But smokes OK.

Once I got the purple Kush I just tossed it.
It doesn't even come close.
It's not even has good as urkle IMO.
Never tryed purple Barney though.
Not knowing does drive me crazy.
I hate not knowing about a strain I have.
Unless it is just so good it doesn't matter.
Like Bubba and OG.
But that still rives me crazy. lol

I had bud that looked exactly like that once...it was called Blackberry ( from a med club )...nothing special about the bud really, like you said kinda grapey and didn't taste very good at all. The high was nothing special either. Prolly the worst purple bud I've ever smoked. Erkle and Purple kush blew it out of the water...

looks good for sure, but not too kushy looking.
purple barney has more purple to it than that, at least outdoor. it also has a differnet calyx/leaf structure than that, not as solid.

I think that makes sence.
It probably is Blackberry.
Now that you mention that.
It does look like some other blackberry buds I've seen.

Purple Thai sounds good.
I got Thai Stick seeds going(Just starting to sex,looks like all females and probably some hermies.)
And the Black Thai just rooted.
So maybe after I try those. I'll try the purple.

I also got some chocolate Diesel seedlings going.
Those might be Good.
Hard to say.
I only popped a few.
So any keepers found will be out of big time luck.

Nice lookin nug ya got there. It really could be anything! I grew out some of Memy's blackberry bx2 and it looked nothing like that. Very dark almost black that was pretty potent. There are so many shades of purple out there that again it could be anything.
