This is mold?

First of all i'm sorry for the pic, is made in hurry, tommorow i'll make some macro.
there is some white stuff on the edge of the pot's, is this mold?
it is will it be harmfull to my plants? what can i do?

P.S white stuff on the soil not the leafes(white stuff on the leafes is because of camera)...well not soil...is cocopeat:)

what should i do? i'm planning to put these girls outdoor in 2-3 days...if the mold will spread...? can he reach the roots?

The white stuff on your soil will not harm the seedlings. Just scrape away the slight mold when the soil dries out some and then top dress the little planters with some more soil and don't keep the soil constantly moist. You're going to move them outdoors soon anyway so I wouldn't worry about it a bit.

You will need to "harden off" those babies before you can sucessfully take them outdoors though. So run a web search on the topic "hardening off" which will help you get them out under the sun without wilting or killing them in the process.
