Looks like heat burn to me but it could be a def...
Did it get too close to the lights?
Light bleaching will only really happen when yu have waaayyyy too much light.
im just running a 400 inna c24, temps are never higher than 86 and that's with the sensor in direct light...they were about 6-7" away from light, now I backed em down to about 9-10" away...they don't look worse today than they did yesterday...so far...so good...
judging by today...I am leaning more towards a Mg defeciency...what do you guys think...the reason I think this is because I notice browning on the lower budsites of those plants too...reason 2 is because Mg def. is common with Pure Blend...I am gonna hit them up with some epsom next watering hopefully they like it...
the light is air cooled, of course dude, otherwise it wouldn'tbe that close...and these plants were the outermost plants...furthest from light...hrmm....and the one that is closest to the light has NO EFFECTS...it's within 6"
My guess would be heat burn also..........since it started at the top.
You could treat it for whatever nute def. if you want but.........just take it easy & don't over do.
Good luck.......gettin some frostiness on that there bud, hehehe.
well...rightnow im looking at it...humidity is 43%...usually it's around there sometimes lower sometimes higher...i do kind of have alot of wind inside the cab, but these plants weren't even the closest to the fan...im stumped...I think it was the earth juice fucked up the pH, because it's getting worse and now they have brown spots in the leaves...
Nute burn????? Strange cuz things started at the top.
Yeah, check your Ph.......are you in soil by the way?
When you think you've got a handle on the problem let us know.
We're all "not too old to learn"!! hehehe
yeah, im in soil...i honestly think it's pH because if my memory serves me correct...the ones fucked up were the ones I hit up with the earth juice last waterting...back on the PB regimen now...let's see...
changing your nute lines during a run can have disasterous effects on your plants, i'd suggest not doing that. otherwise i'd say by the looks of it that it's a burn, and not a deficiancy, if you're in soil maybe you need to just do some flushing for a bit before adding more nutes, always check PH before adjusting for magnesium too, if it's too high no matter how much shit you put in the soil your plant just wont use it. hard to figure out what you did to fix something when you made 5 changes also....
well...after the flush yesterday of just pH'd water...they look worse today...they are still getting brown spots on the leaves, and they are curling up...here's a pic of today...I'm leaning more towards a Mg def...LMK what you guys think...
Well leaves that are damaged will never really get any better... They most likely will get worse and die off....
I would say go around and cut off any browning leaves but don't take the whole leaf off... Just the dead parts. Leave as much green as you can...
Looks like you may have had a ph problem, that maybe caused the def...
Have you checked your soil runoff yet?
Next time you water, collect the first couple drips that come out of the pot and check the ph. You'll know for sure if it's that or not.
After cuttin all the brown off if it gets worse again on diffrerent leaves then I'd give er a little mag.
Could be salt buildup too now that I think about it. Too much of one element could be causing nutrient lockout...
Well hope this helps.
Do you have a fan blowing on the canopy??? I have one fan blowing on the tops as seen in the pic and my Northern light is only 3-4 inches away and no burn at all and I'm in a c13 wanna be cab.
