hi all went to home depot dont sell mills prode anymore, so I cant get a c22 cab :badday: , but i found a cab that is called do-able products cabinet 36" W x 18.9"L x 80" H. Can i get a 400w hps aircooled remote ballast which is outside of cabinet in here with maybe 3 waterfarm drip system with rez controller and cns 17 nutes, doing scrog style and a 450 cfm inline fan with carbon filter. trying a skunk special strain this time around. :woohoo: :joint:

I don't see why that would be a problem. You should be able to fit an aircooled hood in there and if not, definately a cooltube!

my only concern would be fitting the hood. ofcourse u dont need on but i think u should be able to get a small one in the maybe a daystar AC.

yeah daystar will fit!

that's about 3/4 the footprint of the c22 so 400 should be lots of light for that cab.

can you put the ballast up on the top of the cab? that definetely helps keep heat out.. and make sure you have proper intakes you'll be all good.

I think you are mistaken about HD no longer having Mills Pride cause I just bought a c24.
You could try to add depth to the cabinet. Some glue, some clamps, and some wood should do it.

Home Depot still carries both the C25 and C22/24 however they have changed over from Mills Pride to a company called Closetmaid. Same cabs and same dimensions.

And I agree with others, a 400w will work fine in there but it is a lot of light for that footprint. Just make sure you got enough venting.
