i smoke mainly at night on the city streets. people just pass me by as if it were nothing. could be cause i was wearing an all black sweat suite with a leather coat, kinda menacing, once you add my size, but hey, im wearing glasses and kangol, so how menacing can i really look/be?

Yeah just got back from the bars, I feel you for sure. People can smoke stinky ass cigs outside, but most often times the greenery isn't chill. Like Frankenblunt said, you can usually smoke a J outside if you want, but you still feel kind of shady about it knowing its illegal and people still look down upon it for some fucked up reason. I wish we could all smoke happily in the streets with no fears!


We're making progress slowly though. In Denver you can possess an ounce, I don't think smoking in public is legal, but I'm sure the cops don't give a shit seeing as its nearly legal.

well in general co is pretty lax.. cops told me smoke at home and i wont have any problems. .. but in regards to this thread, we cant wait for society to catch up so we just have to keep doing what were doing..

yeah the 2 places ive mainly lived in my life colorado and alsaska nobody cares...not even the cops.

i lived in wyoming too, and either no one smoked, or they kept it soooooo much a secret that no one knew. (laws there are fuked)...cops too.

im severly allergic to cig. smoke so i cant go into a bar where its allowed, and i dont drink (well almost never).... so i dont have much reason to be in a bar unless the old lady drags me out...which is rare....(she knows i hate that shit).


ive had cops in my house 2 times w/ grows going (in colorado)...they literally looked the other way.


and ive been witness to cops and DOW in a house in kenai alaska where a moose was shot on my friends property by a poacher....and he had a modest grow op that the cops and DOW saw.

all they said was "nice plants".

id hate to live where weed wasnt accepted

...beyond that all i can say is that alaska doesnt care about weed.
