i guess to make it easier to steal from her... i guess theres two scenarios :
A) grandma tries to make her friend a snack(perfect timing to nail granny for all she has!), her parkinsons and the crack shakes make it impossible to shmear the jelly onto the bread.
or B) grandma's energizing crack session makes her fulla energy and she bursts through her living room like the hulk and runs downt he street screaming and frothing at the mouth, leaving her wide open for identy fraud and theft BAM!
