If we are consciousness that is aware as everything, then we are not really even aware of what we perceive, as in, there are no perceivers, no doers, there is only this one experience occuring, always and only "now."
The body, mind, and the "outside" world are simply elements of this one experience.
The biggest illusion or confusion is that we are a "separate-self" existing inside a body/mind perceiving stuff outside our bodies.
This confusion is the root of our never-ending suffering and unhappiness.
And the root of this confusion are false beliefs and assumptions.
The body/mind that we believe we are is nothing but a thought, a concept.
Our true nature is absolute consciousness.

what I'm writing here is not for anyone to believe in, I'm simply offering an opportunity to look into your own direct experience, while putting aside all the BS you have been spoon-fed by our fucked-up society and look clearly into what is "actually" occuring in this moment right "now." And by the way, this "now" experience is the only experience that we ever have going on.
there has never been and there never will ever be anything except now. Past and future are nothing but thoughts occuring "now" in the self-mind that has been programmed by the sick society that we are existing in.
if anyone likes to close your eyes and believe in the BS going on inside your mind and around you in the world, based on cultural programming - it doesn't mean everyone has to do the same thing.
I, and anyone else can choose to actually look into what is occuring in our own experience and make conclusions based on that. Thank you.

What is also very interesting is that the majority of our awareness is focused on resisting "what is" and simultaneously seeking "what is-not" in a possible future.
Most folks don't actually pay attention to where their focus is on a moment-to-moment basis. If they did, they would notice that their self-mind is constantly either looking back into a past (that doesn't exist) or forward into the future (which also doesn't exist) and is hardly ever focused on what is actually occuring NOW.
...if in doubt about this, take a look at your actual personal and direct experience for a day, and you will see how your self-mind keeps you trapped in the concept of time, which is nothing but a thought and an illusion.
...in reality there is NO time...there is only NOW.

Since most folks are hypnotized by their thoughts (beliefs, assumptions, convictions, etc) they never grasp that we know our body, our mind, and the world through perception.
Since perception is a secondary process, there is actually no way of directly perceiving reality or experience.
Perception is the interpretation of data delivered to our mind through the nerve endings.
Perception works similar to radar, where what we see on the monitor is not the plane, but a dot.
Since folks believe and assume that they are perceiving reality/experience directly, they are confused in a major way.
