Matthew Walker PhD is a professor of neuroscience and psychology and the director of the Center for Human Sleep Science at the University of California, Berkeley, This is the most exciting (life changing even) research and information Ive ever come across and wanted to share with everyone, fascinating the link between inadequate sleep and many current physical and mental health issues!
Im currently reading through Matthew Walker's Book titled Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams published 2017 (.pdf available on my dropbox if interested...)
