The new grow spot is in a swamp on a random sand dune, there is a shit ton of ticks, prickers/thorn bushes, mosquitoes and my favorite deer. Deer trails are visible around the sandy spot. Now we made the revs 2.1 soil mix(except for the feather meal because my research shows that the commercial markets FM has antibiotics in it and i am a 100% organic grower and i refuse to anything that is not organic). Which has some ingredients in it that have me concerned about doing a outdoor grow. Now my job is to set up security around the plot so that animals wont be fucking with the plants. Now we have bought wolf and mtn loin urine to help with a perimeter, i have acquired a garbage bag of human hair from a local hairdresser, we have Irish soap ready to be hung and we have fencing for the plants. Now i have been told/reading to hang the pee/hair/and soap at roughly the height of the deer nose(2ft-3ft?).
-Should i sting up a shit ton of fishing line around the deer trails so that if the bump into it they get scared?
-Now does blood meal/bone meal or any of the other ingredients i am using attract any other animals i should be aware of?
-I have read that hanging blood meal in stockings helps scare deer away from an area has anyone tried that?
-If anyone knows better ways to detour animals from a spot please help!!
