Here is a dry pic, it is a very nice strain, great taiste, smell, etc, but is not the the most potent strain, a good daytime happy high.

I mean no disrespect...but

"This is the strongest plant ever created.".....I would tend not to believe any breeder that would make that statement in their breeders description....not good for breeder credibility...

slips- those looks phenomenal... great job... havent had the purps in my garden yet, but i dont have access to clones any more... so maybe when i get to a friendly state, or good friends ill be able to find some, along with other good strains

I like slips description better then the seed companies hehehe...His description actually makes me interested in it....

I am a clone only kinda guy....Now if Jack came and kicked me some of his magic beans you can bet the farm I would grow them out in a minute....Well maybe save them for a rainy day...after the kushes are all perfected....

And I am kinda partial to certain strains...If I was going to grow any seeds I think I would stick to Rez strains or something like serious seeds for some good old standards Or even some of these strains from the distributers on this site.......I would not buy anything from any Canadian seed companies....They scare me.....

Btw I did not grow those buds but I have smoked them for along time out of at least 5 batch’s, they are from a friend who kept this strain in his garden for years, as it has good bag appeal, good yield, and ease of growth.

Respect - I hear yea I try to stay to well know breeders such as, serious seeds(there ak47, Kalimist, and bubblegum are very good), Sensi Seeds, paradise, Dutch passion, and am some of my favorites are from dj short and chimera

Purps is definitely one of my favs, I didn't buy the hype but then I tried it and I loved the musky purple aroma it has, the taste is definitely up there too. The high was not overpowering...rather very pleasant.

I don't know a whole lot about "The Purps" and all that, but as far as the cannabible backing it, am i correct when I think I remember hearing that th seeds got their "purps/god gift" seeds(or clone..whatever) from jason king? Maybe a little bias, that's all. All of that stuff aside, thanks for pointing out the link, and those buds look delicious, Slips.

i have never heard of true purps seeds........doesnt the cannabible say that it came rom 2 twenty year old seeds?.........one was a male, the other was the purps.......so if those beans truly have purps in them, they must have been crossed first......thats why i dont buy from breeders who dont FULLY describe the lineage and breeding process........there is usually a reason behind vague discriptions.........i would assume a breeder who puts lots of work into his creations is eager to communicate his dedication and be rewarded for it........i should have the cali cut shortly, will do a report........interesting thread though.........thx.........nf
