awesome ..brisket sure ain’t cheap..that corned been was to die for, sliced like buttah...succulent and juicy...it began as almost 3 pounds but was a perfect slab of lean meat with a huge fat cap...had dinner and have enough left for either a sammich with spicy mustard and kraut or make hash with it...I love either one...I'm very surprised how little is left from a 3 pound brisket, not cost effective for the $18 I paid for it...gettin pricey to eat well...
