Sometimes I use lard but mostly vegetable shortening.

I am going to be making some Pyrahi this coming week I like to use a portion of lard/shortening on that recipe.

Lard for a flaky crust. Veg shortening just won't cut it.

Half way through my walk I stopped at the coffee place to go to the bathroom and I got a horrible knot in my drawstring. Was in there like 5 minutes and couldn't get the knot out. Walked home pulling my pants up often and used a pair of tweezers to get it fixed. Ridiculous.
Not much else going on tidying up the apartment and getting higher like Stevie Winwood
