Yes 100% corn with zero sugar added.

@Gray Wolf turbo yeast huh. Then we make an entirely different product. I never allow my mash to get past 10% alcohol content. Stresses yeast and creates esters I don't like. I prefer 8% but it does vary dependingon my eyeballed amounts of corn and the ambienttemperature. I'm old school and use common bread yeast.

I've never tried bread yeast. My wash gets to about 20% when it stops working.
