@HempKat don’t apologize. There is a reason this time of year has an elevated suicide rate.

I am bittersweet myself. I think back and prior years. All the family that has passed on. It’s natural but doesn’t mean I like it. Last year we lost my sister and that was rough. Mom was so sick we thought she was going to die. And my sister was withering away with cancer. We didn’t do thanksgiving or Christmas last year because of that. Wife’s grandma died last week. She was a mother figure to my wife.

Had to have this covid vaccination - and the booster - to be able to fly internationally out to the far east - a few years ago - they wouldn't let me into Thailand without proof of it - and a coupla days quarantine - maybe it contributed to my heart condition? - that's something I'll never know for sure - hopefully not -

- On another note -
- when I see things get blown up - I always think of the cost - not just financial - but physical/mental - and also what the cost might be - if the explosion didn't happen -
