The Neutralizer MJ odor remover

Anybody have experience or advice about this product www.theneutralizer.eu


Grow store owner is raving about it saying it completely removes THC odors %100 from Growing and Drying plants all while being natural and safe. Sounds too good to be true, He really wants me to try it out offering me a money back guarantee but I dont need anything that could harm my plants. It cost $160 and refills are $80 and must be refilled every 6 weeks. Price is not a problem just hoping that one of the experts can chime in on whether its safe to use.

thats looks like a take on the vaportek

uses natural essential oils.
i have one and it worked great on my tsi fly otibg grow, its a great thing to have in your arsenal imo
not sure if it does 100% on the real stanky stanky strains like sourD.

Anybody use one of these things? Would it be good to cover vapor/smoke smell as well like in hotel rooms? Does the small one work well, is the big one worth the money?

Yes they work, I keep mine in the room where the tent is...not in the tent.
Takes a few hours before you really benefit from them as they need to heat up the oil but once they do, there pretty good.

The oils it releases doesn't attach to the plant or affect it in any way?

I bought the large one and plugged it in. Here is my opinion on the Neutralizer.

It no doubt covers up smell, but both mine and my girlfriends eyes and throat were burning.

Even when the unit is off, it releases an incredibly strong male cologne smell.

I will never put this in the same room as my plants. I would imagine they would end up tasting like old spice.

However... I would imagine it will work quite well, when making butter and edibles, and possibly be usable for odors in hotels. (but probably too pungent)

I was hoping for some newfangled odor neutralizing device, but this just masks odors(no doubt very well) but it also makes my throat burn.

Would not recommend at all for the price

Sounds like one of the essential oils causing a sensitivity. Their blend is "secret".

Vaportek allows a choice, including neutral (Pine/Eucalyptus). Seems to be the better unit from reviews, tempted to pick one up.

The oils it releases doesn't attach to the plant or affect it in any way?

I don't know if the oils would affect the buds in anyway as I keep mine in the room not my tent.
My carbon filter takes care of most of my odors but as I grow some super stinky vars I use the neutralizer to take care of any smells that may linger by the tent.
@ Mikell, yes Vaportek are great, I have both units but here in the U.K most hydro shops have not updated there cartridge's for years, some sitting on shelfs for 5 yrs
or more, no joke!
Last one iI brought, the big cartridge, cost me nearly sixty pounds and when put in the unit, hardly had any smell.
Vaportek cartridges have a limited shelf life it seems and hydro shop owners are full of shit.
That's why I've gone to the neutralizer as I know there stock is new.

I ordered online, and used the cartridge that came with the box.

My gf still has a headache from the "secret blend."

Putting it near your tent? wouldn't the filter just suck all the "secret blend" vapor molecules right past your ladies, and drain the carbon life?

Seeing as how my gf is sick from the stuff and my eyes were watering, I will only use in extreme odor circumstances,and nowhere near plants.

I tried it for a week and it was an epic fail, really a waste of time. It was given to me for free and I still wanted my $$$ back.

does it work?
yes

keep it together with plants and it covers the smell very good no unwanted smell leak whatsoever.

would buy again?
hell yes.

pro/cons?

pros:
it keeps the air clean without odors will have to test it in like week 6-9 of flower still but have this feeling that it will deliver much better than just ona.. which is expensive and you have to use A LOT of ona to be efective.. using it together with ona for increased sec. tho.

cons:
dunno but got this feeling that it might cause head aches dunno why..maybe its releasing something into air and some ppl can be sensitive to it or something..

its bit expensive but well worth it!

conclusion:
recommended its good.

will try to update how it works in last weeks of flower or with super smelly strains.
