What do you all do to combat the tolerance that builds from smoking the same strains/extracts for a year+?

ive currently been rotating different bubble hashes to try n work in the variety edge but that only lasts so long. even with 20 strains and around a dozen hashes i find tolerance to be absolutely inescapable.

umm maybe you should not smoke for a week or 2 aye? help you get some tolorance back in those membrains. Or switch up what your smoking you need something you havent been smoking constanlt for a year. hope you find something to work.
 
well for hash i dont know .. but for the green its all about switching up methods...change it up .joints to bongs to blunts to bowls to vapes.change how hard and fast you hit it..they all offer a different kick to the same high. and try to only use one method once a day..

good recommendations guys, i do try n vary the method of uptake but ive been finding recently that is starting to fail. definitely would stop if i just had something better to do. currently its maybe 5 degrees outside and will be this way for awhile and i love my smokin when im cooped up.

there indeed is the probelm you high in the same place all the the you need to be high in deffernt places and it will have a better effect. mybe take a car somewhere if possible? 5 degrees im thinking lots of snow and shit.

The secret is to do exercise, specifically aerobics such as running or high intensity biking. Make sure you lift weights to keep the muscle from going down.

Also eat at least 1000mg vitamin C through out the day in interval not all at once, a lot of good fats such as avocado, coconut oil, different nuts, soy lecithin and hemp.

When you incorporate this with switching up methods such joints, bongs, pipes,etc., you will always stay blazed off of very little. Peace.

a problem i run into with switching methods is that blunts are simply too much nowadays(they kill my lungs), jays are too little. im limited to pipes/bongs/vape i think...? thats a HUGE dose of vit c lotty sounds like my kidneys would hate me heh. i bet your correct about sweating it out though burning the fat cells it resides in.

It's not that much if you break it up into three pieces. That's why I stated take it in intervals throughout the day. This actually makes it more effective.

Also, aerobics works by training the body to burn fat more easily as a fuel source than sugars. This is important because it PREVENTS thc from being stored which means more of an effect from what you smoke and the more you make use of what you ingest your body makes more receptor sites in a cell for them. If you don't make use of what you ingest your body actually makes less receptor sites and this is the cause for not getting blazed as you used to among other things.

The secret is doing an aerobics routine with a little resistance, at least 5 days a week.Peace.

Tolerance! Ha! Scientific studies have concluded that there is no evindence of a tolerance build up that would require higher doses of THC a little investigation on google directed me to the Time Magazine Website and I got this one of many responses you can find by scientests about ThC Tolerance build up. "There is little or no buildup of tolerance that would lead to the use of increasing doses, as is the case with the true narcotics—opium, its refined extracts (heroin, morphine' codeine) and their synthetic substitutes. Additionally, Dr. Mikuriya reported, cannabis is so nearly nonpoisonous that to kill one mouse requires 40,000 times the dose that makes a man high. Some scientific studies are laughable,hey there goes one now!I agree with the non-toxicity aspect,to say a tolerance isn't aquired after moderate to heavy use is to say I've never really smoked much but I got these degrees see?

this Indikilla ive been growin is the first strain ive encountered where there is very little tolerance build up. its awesome being able to only smoke a bong bowl and be baked! but i agree with the exercising. it helps lung capacity and allows your lungs to work more efficiently making the most of each session.

the week after i overdosed on cannabutter i couldnt get high for shit. i would smoke bowls and feel nothing...maybe like 10 mins, but really it was like I didnt smoke at all....I just try not to smoke bowls all the time now. if its good, 4-5 tokes from a pipe is plenty, 1-2 and I am nicely buzzed for just under 2 hrs usually....and i've been smokin this way daily for a while now! (once or twice a day, sometimes 3 if i have the time)
