The hell of window contractors/ here is the rest of the story....

About a month ago to the surprise that the windows were being replaced in my place. This came at a horrible time as I was two weeks into flower. I tried getting the exact days they were going to replace them so I could tear down and maybe stash up the girls so the contractors could do their thing. Well, they never showed on the appointed day and my girls got thrown into a closet with a 2ft t-5 strip light over em. The window guys strung me along every week saying this weekend this weekend and stood me up every time. The girls began to deteriorate after a week or so, slowly taking less and less water and eating themselves and i watched my beauties dieing in front of my eyes. The scary part was these window guys, they will just rip your windows out even if yer not home, climb in when they install the new ones and calk it up then climb out, needless to say I couldn't have that happening. I thought about chopping and taking clones, in hindsight I should have but it was so hard to do to my babies... As well as looking like a fool to the community I value and has done so much for me.

Well 3 weeks or so later they finally did them windows and I got set back up and pulled out my poor babies from there tomb, now I am 4 days back under a real light and some are doing better than others.

I am sad because I was running a couple testers for some guys and I have not been able to give the show I usually do. The stress over the windows has been hell. I really wanted to do a bang up job for you guys because this community has done so much for me in the last two years and my reputation means something to me, I do what I say. I am truly sorry to you guys for the way it has worked out. A couple of the girls look like they may recover possibly and some looking not so good. I still have a few beans from you guys so I will get something going asap. I am also going to try to take some clones from the girls who look like they may recover in hopes of coming through.

I'm really down right now and wanted to explain to you guys.

just glad to hear your back up & running & the little gliche is over .
i just put 10 ladies into flower myself after a month & a half shut down & remake . it sux .... but its gotta be done sometimes .

Stories like this make me wonder how anyone could grow in a rental, you hear about this kind of stuff way too often.

Just got over the same thing. 15 gallons grown for 4+ months after reveg. Sat dying due to short stock on a lamp and socket.

Then my health tanked. Lots of death due to lack of watering. Sucks for sure.

And by just got over, I mean just about half through taking down the damage. I also dropped a 2x4x8 on my second biggest plant earlier this week. Health isn't too good. Trying to push through it.

Was looking to push towards 1 lb a plant. Now I'll be happy to get 2 oz. Oh fucking well.

2 fucking years I've had my house, and I'm still waiting for a plasterer to fix a moldy wall. Twice now I've been told "Next financial year"
