A lot of people been askin me bout this strain so I figured I make a thread on it. Heres some info on the strain....
Heres some pics of my Goo I got indoors....

GET MO said:goo is a cross created in norcal, its a mix of affgoo and somethin else, it uassually turns purple outside cuz the cold, but is not a purple strain (accept maybe a pheno or 2). The calaxes are big and the crystals make such a huge coat that u barely have to trim. grade a hash, some tastes like berrys when u smoke it, others more dank with a sweet undertone.
note: There have been many crosses of goo since its birth and new goo stains are always coming out. I saw something advertised as goo in the local clubs but it was not the goo Ive known/loved for the last 5 years. Goo-Berry godbud was my favorite strain ever, a mix of goo blueberry and godbud, turned purp, one hitter quitter. Ive also had some Goo x soma, killer shit.

I bought my goo in humboldt. I love that plant. I wish I still had it around. huge yeilds with little trim work needed. I always thought it had a hint of grape. the leaves did purple, but that is not what this plant is about....it is a heavy duty indica. I remember it cloned easy and had the small leaves untill you grew it out....
I would love to have this plant back in my life....I truly miss her.

all a lil similar/same, strong smoke, hashy sweet...COVERED in trichs
GET MO said:pretty much what fisher said, The Goo is a norcal native. This particular is one that has been bred in the hills in nnorthern cali for the past many years, it was crossed with a couple other strains in the past, Godbud, blueberry, and about four years ago some soma. since then it was crossed back with the goo 3 times and the goo traits pretty much took over. This particular one gets a cantalope, berry, dank sweet and strong smell to it.
Goo's crystal up real early and by the time there done you barely need to trim cuz the leaves are coverred in trichromes. They get so crystaly that they are sticky and bend instead of crumble even when dry, hence the name Goo.
quadracer said:"The Goo" is a staple of Grass Valley and surrounding Sierra Foothills, for good reason. It produces heavy, sticky buds that stinks outside of any bag. Even the stems will become covered in triches.
There are several different types.
