The Girl Winston Salem NC

I just was recalling a strain from the early 90s out of Winston Salem NC area called The Girl. Just curious if anyone knew anything about it.

Never heard of her personally and I’ve been here from that timeframe onwards
You may have bought it there but it could have come from Asheville, Boone, Kentucky, Atlanta or even Tennessee for that matter

Never heard of that because I have never heard of any strain developed in the area. All I really know is W-S was at one time a major center for 18 wheel truck trailers loaded with Mexican brick, but I'm pretty sure that's not what's being asked about.
