Well, I wanted to narrow down the plant selection.
Accidentally freezing them is one way to do it.
They were outdoors one morning and it got into the high 20's , maybe -3 degrees C.
These were part of my Outdoors 2020 pics except they are now an indoor show. The metal halide 250 watt is about 25 years old, with a brand new bulb.
As far as treatment I think the only thing I can do is be patient and make sure they don't get any other shocks, like wilting.
I wonder how much food storage the once frozen leaves can provide for the plant that's trying to recover. Is it better to trim the leaves ?
